- Wrong game: you may be trying to use a Pokémon TCG Live code card in Pokémon TCG Pocket.
- Expired code: Pocket gift codes can be campaign-limited.

Problem: you have a paper code card
A paper Pokémon code card from a booster, tin, ETB, deck, or collection box is normally a Pokémon TCG Live code, not a Pocket gift code.
Problem: you have a real Pocket gift code
Use the official Pocket gift-code flow with your Support ID. Do not enter Pocket gift codes inside Pokémon TCG Live.
