When the code came from a seller

If you bought a digital code and it says already used, take screenshots and contact the seller quickly. A trustworthy seller should replace the code or refund it. Bulk code purchases are especially risky when the seller does not show reputation or recent feedback.

When the code came from PTCGCode

If a free code from PTCGCode fails, first double-check the characters. If it still fails, the code may have been invalid before upload or rejected by the Pokémon service. Because free codes are limited, the simplest solution is usually to come back after your 24-hour timer and claim another one when stock is available.
