How do I redeem a code in Pokémon TCG Live / Pokémon TCG Online?
Pokémon TCG Live (current):
- Open the game
- Profile (top-right) → Redeem Codes
- Paste the code or scan the QR
- Confirm (restart if prompted)
Legacy Pokémon TCG Online: Shop → Redeem Code (the legacy client has been migrated to TCG Live).
Why is there a 24-hour timer?
To keep distribution fair and avoid farming. We only keep anonymized hashes to enforce the rule — no personal data.
What should I do if codes are out?
- Wait a bit — the pool is refilled periodically
- Disable AdBlock for ptcgcode.com (the claim button may stay disabled otherwise)
- Try again from a stable connection (Wi-Fi/LTE)
Do I need to register?
No. Just press “Claim code”. We don’t collect names or emails.
